Engagement

Work begins once scope, timelines, and commercial terms are agreed in writing. Statements of Work govern deliverables and approvals.

Payments

Invoices are issued at project milestones or monthly for retainers. Payment terms are net 14 days unless otherwise agreed.

Confidentiality

Both parties will keep shared information confidential and use it solely for the engagement. Mutual NDAs are available on request.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the project deliverables. We retain the right to reference non-confidential work outcomes unless prohibited.

Liability

We operate with professional care but limit liability to the fees paid for the applicable engagement to keep risk proportionate.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Specific jurisdiction details are provided in individual engagement agreements.
